Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of tickets for events organized or sold through PriceGain AB via this website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Order Confirmation

A binding contract is formed once your payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure your contact information is correct, as the tickets will be sent to the email address provided.

2. No Right of Withdrawal (Sales are Final)

In accordance with the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (SFS 2005:59, Chapter 2, Section 11, point 12), there is no right of withdrawal for tickets to cultural or sporting events, or other leisure activities held on a specific day or during a specific period.

Note: Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled, regardless of the reason (including illness or travel issues). You are, however, permitted to transfer or sell your ticket to another person unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in SEK and include Swedish VAT (Moms) where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Any service or administrative fees are clearly stated at checkout and are non-refundable.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations

While sales are final for the customer, the following applies if the event itself changes:

  • Cancelled Events: If an event is cancelled in its entirety, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Service fees and administrative charges are generally non-refundable.
  • Rescheduled Events: If an event is moved to a different date or time, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you must contact us within the timeframe specified in the cancellation notice to request a refund.
  • Force Majeure: PriceGain AB is not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, labor disputes, or strikes.

5. Delivery of Tickets

Tickets are delivered digitally to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the ticket is available (either printed or on a mobile device) for scanning at the event entrance.

6. Code of Conduct and Entry

A valid ticket does not guarantee entry if the holder is in breach of event rules (e.g., age limits, intoxication, or prohibited items). No refunds are provided if entry is denied due to a breach of venue or event policies.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish general court, with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, or via the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden – ARN).
